Bridget began her career in sports medicine as an athletic trainer, obtaining her bachelor of science degree in athletic training from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire. She continued on to pursue a master of science degree in kinesiology at the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign, where she worked in collaboration to open an athletic training facility inside the campus recreation wellness center. Following graduate school, Bridget completed an athletic training fellowship at The Steadman Clinic and also obtained an Orthopaedic Technologist – Surgery Certification. Later, she earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana.
Bridget is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery, and National Athletic Trainers’ Association. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and the National Athletic Trainers’ Association Board of Certification.
