Easy Tips To Help You Avoid Ski and Snowboard Injuries this Season

Winter is here in Colorado and with that comes ski and snowboard season. While we are all blessed to be able to participate in this fantastic pursuit for a good part of the year, it's also the busiest time of year for us from a professional standpoint.

Because of our close proximity to major ski resorts like Vail, Beaver Creek, Copper, and Breckenridge, we deal with skiing and snowboarding injuries on a daily basis. Of course, we are well-trained to do so.

But it also means that our surgeons have a good idea of what it takes to stay out of our office. We want you to enjoy your vacation on the mountain, not have cut it short with an injury.
