We Love our Athletic Trainers!

Updated: Mar 30, 2019

Kali Hartzold, Chris Cail, Victoria Stanislawski, Christina Harrison, and Christopher Voller

This month is Athletic Training month, and here at VSO, we have a special relationship with our athletic trainers. While you might think that athletic trainers are mostly responsible for treating athletes on the fields of friendly strife, the truth is, they are an integral part of everything we do at Vail-Summit Orthopaedics and Neurosurgery.

At VSO you may see an AT during your visit to our clinic while they assist our orthopaedic surgeons. Additionally, Athletic Trainers are sometimes present during the actual surgery, helping to make sure you have a successful outcome.

Our athletic trainers are also present at athletic competitions all over Vail and Summit County. From high school football, soccer, and hockey to skiing competitions from Breckenridge to Steamboat and beyond, VSO athletic trainers specialize in keeping young local athletes safe and responding to accidents and injuries safely and effectively.
