Dr. Gnirke utilizes precise musculoskeletal ultrasound and fluoroscopy to localize and treat joint, tendon, ligament, and nerve disorders. He is fellowship trained in the use of regenerative medicine including platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and bone marrow-derived stem cells to treat disorders of the musculoskeletal system.

Specifically, Dr. Gnirke provides evidenced-based orthobiologic treatments for degenerative disc disease, arthritis, meniscus tears, several tendon related disorders including rotator cuff injuries, tennis elbow, and greater trochanteric pain syndrome among other disorders.

In addition to biologic treatments, Dr. Gnirke also performs conventional sports and spine procedures including electromyography, fluoroscopy guided epidural steroid injections, facet and SI joint injections and ablations as well as ultrasound-guided joint, tendon, and nerve injections.

In his free time, Dr. Gnirke likes to enjoy all that Colorado has to offer being an avid rockhound, hiker, cyclist, and skier. Dr Gnirke is also an experienced wingsuit skydiver and BASE jumper. He is a lifelong grappler having grown up wrestling and he continues to train and compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
